Terms of Service

DigiCookies sells digital goods, wallet-funded purchases, game top-ups, subscriptions, and license keys. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and to use purchased items according to the provider, platform, and regional rules that apply to them.

Orders are attached to the signed-in customer account used at checkout. Digital items may be delivered instantly, placed into processing, or handled by support when manual verification is required.

Wallet deposits and purchase payments are recorded on the server. Refunds, replacements, and failed deliveries are reviewed against the order status, payment status, and delivery information submitted by the customer.

Do not submit another person's account credentials or payment details without permission. Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.
